Active Minds Clubs (“we”, “us”) provides holiday and after-school clubs for children aged 5–14 in Harrow, London. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: admin@activemindsclub.com, +44 7361 409689.

What we collect

When you email or enquire we receive the details you choose to send, such as your name, email, phone number, school name and message. Our contact forms open your own email app — nothing is stored on our website.

Bookings and payments are handled by ClassForKids, which collects the information needed to book (including children’s details and payment details) under its own privacy policy. We receive booking information from ClassForKids to run the clubs safely.

• To run clubs safely, including safeguarding, medical and emergency contact information
• To meet legal obligations

Lawful basis

We rely on legitimate interests (responding to enquiries), contract (providing booked services) and legal obligation (safeguarding, health and safety).

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers such as ClassForKids, school partners where needed to deliver provision, and authorities where legally required.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above and legal requirements, then delete it securely.

Your rights
