About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and our holiday and after-school clubs, operated by Active Minds Clubs (activemindsclubs@gmail.com).

Bookings and payment

Bookings are made and paid for through ClassForKids, and are subject to the booking terms shown there, including any cancellation and refund terms. Prices and availability may change. Spaces are limited.

Attendance and safeguarding

Children attend aged 5–14. Parents/carers must provide accurate medical, allergy and emergency contact information. Our staff are DBS-checked and first-aid trained. We may ask a child to leave a session where behaviour puts others at risk.

Photographs

We may take photos at clubs for our website and promotion only where parents/carers have given consent. Tell us at any time if you wish to withdraw consent.

Altitude Aviation Academy

The aviation club is an educational enrichment programme, not flight training, and is not an Approved Training Organisation under the UK CAA.

Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
