Sports & Fitness

At Active Minds we offer an exciting and diverse programme of Sports and Fitness Clubs, designed to keep children active, healthy, and engaged during the holidays. Unlike typical sports clubs that focus solely on competition, our sessions go beyond just playing games. They are skill-focused, inclusive, and development-driven, helping children build confidence, teamwork and resilience, as well as a love for physical activity. We ensure that every child feels included as well as challenged at their own level. Each session is carefully structured to offer a balance of fun, fitness, and learning, with trained coaches guiding children in skill development, strategy, and sportsmanship. By combining traditional sports with innovative and engaging activities, our holiday clubs aim to offer a unique, memorable experience that encourages children to try new sports, improve their physical literacy, and develop confidence both on and off the field.
